Troubleshooting supported solver states, errors and missing mechanics.
Before reporting a calculation
Check the exact contract, engine and rules versions, analysis mode, requested state and completion status. Compare a reproducible example before assuming a scoring discrepancy. Unsupported means the whole active state cannot be calculated; it does not grant permission to silently omit effects.
Common errors
- Unsupported Joker or modifier: inspect live capabilities and the error path.
- Busy: two worker jobs are active; retry later.
- Incomplete or timed out: reduce the state within supported limits; there is no completed recommendation.
- Missing or modded item: preserve it in your local custom library and copy its structured support request.
- Cannot connect an assistant: check the account's connector permissions and use Streamable HTTP, not legacy SSE.
For a reproducible report, include the state link, expected behaviour and solver version. Do not include credentials or private notes. A direct public contact address will be added after the publisher confirms it.

Scope and trust
Supported model: 20 validated Jokers, 150 catalog names; exact analysis accepts 1–8 hand cards, 0–12 draw cards, 1–2 hands and 0–2 discards. Uniform replacement draws and optimal continuation are assumed. Unsupported boss, consumable, shop, history and scaling effects are rejected. No standalone sampled full-deck advice. Card order is optimized; Joker slot order is preserved.
Mathematical action values are conditional on the stated game model, not estimates of real-game success. Equal values are ties. Incomplete searches provide no completed recommendation. This independent tool is not affiliated with the game publisher.
